‘Mind Your Menopause… It is a time to think about what you think about! ’
The Law of Attraction tells you that you attract into your life what you focus on. Quantum Physics tells you that nothing is fixed, that there are endless possibilities and that everything is vibrating energy. When you understand that everything is energy in a state of potential and when you apply the Law of Attraction you bring into your life what you focus on… and, the bible tells you ‘ask and you shall receive’. Confusing? Let’s explore it a little further.
The physical world is a sea of energy constantly moving into and out of existence. It is through your thoughts that you transform this ever-changing energy into observable reality. You create your reality with your thoughts and as a human being you are the ‘designer’ of your life.
When you reach mid-life and start to experience the negative side-effects to ageing, including pre, peri and post menopause then your focus can get ‘locked-in’ to feeling old, fat, hot, sad, lonely, loveless and desperate. There are definitely physiological changes taking place so be assured that it is not all in your mind yet know also to be healthy and happy at this exciting time starts in your mind. Now I know you are confused (and that is a good thingJ)
Everything is energy and energy is influenced by your thoughts. As designers of your destiny, you shape the energy of your universe through your thoughts. You transform the energy of your thoughts into the energy of your reality. If your thoughts are focused on feeling young, healthy, vibrant and prosperous then that is exactly what your life will be.
Since everything is continual movement and everything is in a state of potential, everything is possible. As you understand that everything is possible, and as you focus your thoughts on what you want to attract, you can literally relieve your symptoms and love how you age.
If all this is true then why aren’t more women healthy happy and totally fulfilled?
I heard someone tell a friend of mine that ‘putting the right thoughts into your mind is as easy as deciding what to wear’ and yes this is true from a conscious perspective but when you dive down into the depths of your unconscious there are thoughts locked into other thoughts that are anchored into memories that become your reference point and form your belief. It is only when you become aware of this distinction and you know how to give order to your thoughts your attention will be attracted to whatever is most problematic at any given moment. Your focus will be on some real or imaginary pain, some recent problem or frustrations from yesterday. This is a normal state of consciousness for a lot of women and this is neither useful nor fun.
It is important to ‘take control’ of your thoughts because habits channel psychic energy so perfectly that your thoughts go into automatic pilot and one thing is for sure that you are going to ‘to think’ so doesn’t it make sense to think about what you want to think about…
With careful attention you can learn to improve your health and discover your purpose by learning to discipline the activity of your mind and ‘think thoughts’ around what you want rather than keeping your thoughts ‘stuck’ in where you don’t want to be. You can reprogram negative unwanted beliefs and thoughts and develop habits that empower and excite you.
Learning how to ‘mind your menopause’ is as easy as deciding what to wear. You see when you focus on what you want your brain goes looking for what you are thinking about, your thinking expands and you find the answers you are looking for… and because everything is in your imagination then it can be fun ‘playing’ with what you put into your mind… because you just might get exactly what you want J
Listen to the words that come out of your mouth because they have a direct relationship with the thoughts in your mind. Create a flow of energy and define a system of action that can transform your world. Become the designer of your destiny and attract everything that is wonderful into your world. ‘ONLY think about WHAT YOU WANT and focus on where you are going’… it really is as simple as that!
